FAQ
How do credits work?
Every generation shows its price in credits on the Generate button before you run it. The price depends on the model, duration, resolution and other settings.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at each billing date. Top-up credits never expire and are used after your plan credits.
What if a generation fails or is blocked?
Failed, canceled and content-filtered generations are refunded automatically, in full.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I use what I make commercially?
Paid plans include commercial use, subject to our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
