Terms of Service

Using the service

You need an account to generate. You're responsible for the prompts and media you submit and for following the Acceptable Use Policy.

Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid and consumed per generation at the price shown before you generate. Failed, canceled and filtered generations are refunded in credits.

Your content

You keep your rights in what you upload and generate, subject to third-party model terms. Publishing to Community grants us a licence to display it there.
